Business casual, with a black white or silver theme. Please be comfortable! Flip flops and bare feet are ok. (We are getting married on the beach so keep to a chunky heel if u want to wear heels.)
Our wedding coordinator told us the best time to book the resort is during the big “holiday” sales. (Black Friday, cyber Monday, Christmas, New Years, Valentines etc)
The actual wedding is on Oct 4th but we will be there from the 2nd-8th if anyone wants to hang out before or after. With weddings, you usually see people for a day or two, we wanted to spend as much time as possible. (Obviously you don’t have to stay the whole time, or even spend all the time with us.) Plus, might as well make a small vacation out of it since you are flying down to Mexico anyways.
It’s in the high 80’s low 90’s with humidity. Dresses, and shorts are recommended. Plus LOT of sunscreen!
Yes! There will be times where kids will not be permitted (the welcome night out) but for the wedding and all other activities, we welcome everyone. It’s a family friendly resort, and has a water park for kids in the neighboring resort.
Most phone carriers work in Mexico, but some do charge a roaming fee. The property does have WiFi everywhere so once on property you can switch over so you won’t have to use cellular.
