Question

Do I need a Passport?

Answer

Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process. We suggest applying a minimum of 3 months in advance as a precaution.

Is there Price Matching from Travel Websites?

Answer

Yes! You can be confident knowing that we have the lowest rates. However, if a US based online travel agency has a sale, Destify is happy to price match their rates for same day bookings. Make sure you did this BEFORE booking your room or within 24 hours after otherwise it cannot be price matched. If you are Price Matching it has to be from one of the following websites: The resort direct website - Expedia.com - Orbitz.com - Booking.com - Priceline.com - Hotels.com - Cheapcarribean.com -Travelocity.com

How do I request a price match?

Answer

If you've found a package online at a lower price, contact guestservices@destify.com to request a price match. Bear in mind that all components must match exactly. We are able to price match the rates, but not the policies. Price matches must be requested at the initial time of booking.

Question

Why is my room rate a little more expensive on Destify compared to the Royalton Hotel?

Answer

The Destify price includes transportation to and from the resort ($45 USD per person). We feel this is a necessity as the airport can be hectic with people trying to offer you rides/ etc. (yikes). You are free to remove this price and make your own travel arrangement if you do not want to pay this fee. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. :)
