When will the shuttle leave from the hotel to the venue?

4 pm first shuttle then a second shuttle will come back by around 4:45-5 pm.

Both will be held at Laurel Hall, located at: 5395 Emerson Way, Indianapolis, IN 46226

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Laurel Hall has parking. We recommend that family members drive together to ensure there is plenty of availability.

COVID Considerations

We are excited to celebrate with you and also understand that there are many considerations currently involved in attending any celebration. We want everyone to have fun at our wedding and we know that feeling comfortable and safe is a prerequisite for that. We completely understand if attending an event is not fit for you in September. How many guests are you expecting?

We are expecting 100 guests

Will guests be vaccinated?

Answer

To protect everyone's safety, we are asking that only vaccinated guests attend our wedding.

Will guests be wearing masks?

Answer

Because all guests will be vaccinated and the wedding will be outdoors, we are not requiring masks at our wedding. We welcome guests to wear masks however if that is their preference.

Will we be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception (including dinner) will be hosted outside. Dancing will be inside but with doors open onto the outside terrace. *If it is actively raining, we will have to move our ceremony and reception indoors. Our anticipated guest count is far below the venue's limit however so we feel comfortable that we can safely host indoors if needed.
