Maid of Honor
I am so proud to call Liz my sister. We have had many adventures together over the years, shared many laughs and tears. During life’s highs and lows, hurts and happiness, we have always had each other. There is no better friend than a sister, there is no better friend than Liz! - Sarah
Matron of Honor
We met at work at UVMMC, instantly clicked (especially over our love of sushi and cats), and became best friends fast. I will never forget our first real bonding after a night out and Charles’s infamous tequila drinks! - Andie
Bridesmaid
Liz and I knew each other for a while before we became friends, but isn’t that how most memorable friendships start? We have been there for each other through so many highs and lows over the last 4 years. Our friendship blossomed so naturally and now I can’t imagine my world without Liz (or Minh John)! -Alma
Bridesmaid
Gretchen and Liz met when they were both newbies working at the hospital, back in 2017. There’s nothing quite like a 12 hour night shift to make you bond and become close friends real quick! Now a travel nurse, Gretchen, Liz and Andie catch up just like good ole times when she’s on contract in Burlington. Aren’t you glad we told her to swipe right on Minh John at 3am on that fateful night?! -Gretchen
Bridesmaid
Liz and I first bonded one-on-one while enjoying day-time cocktails at the mall and proceeding to try on the most ridiculous dresses and debating which mannequins were the hottest. Our friendship flourished after Liz and I both returned to Vermont after living elsewhere. Late night deep talks that lead to next day cancelled plans, conquering every dance floor we encounter or create in kitchens, supporting each other through the ups and downs of growing up and learning to love ourselves – we’ve built a relationship I deeply cherish. -Dani
Bridesmaid
Liz and I met in college and forged our bond while navigating the highs and lows of early adulthood. I can always count on us having good food, a glass of red wine (really the only acceptable type), and fantastic conversation. Even from opposite coasts, Liz is such a kind, loving, and fierce friend - I am so happy she found her match in Minh John. - Abby
Best Man
How do I know Minh? He's my older brother, believe it or not. We don't look-alike but he makes sure to tell me how short I am every time I see him. We have a very unique bond. We share a dumb sense of humor but we die laughing together, even though no one else is laughing with us. -Jesse
Groomsman
Minh and I met on December 19th 1995. It was a cold day. I had just been born. When we met I’ll aways remember he said, “Nephew, I’m going to get married to the woman of my dreams and I want you to be there.” I agreed. The doctor wept. The nurses clapped. I managed to whisper out my first words “Congratulations” -Kevin
Groomsman
MJ and I met when I was born, and my mother lived with his. As we aged we bonded over competition and family get togethers. We were captains of our sports teams and it led to lifelong friends and memories. Now we’re old and married. -Jim
Groomsman
I can't help but smile every time I think about the hilarious summers when we decided to wake up before dawn for fishing adventures . We thought we were prepared with an arsenal of perfectly tied gear, cleaned up equipment, and lively bait, ready to come home with sore shoulders in the ultimate fishing showdowns. Little did we know that the most memorable parts of these trips were the fires(…which I did not know were illegal at the time), quiet lines, the jokes to fight delirium from the lack of sleep, the meals shared at the end of the trip and conversations had on drives home. In those moments, sun baked, sometimes soaked from head to toe, and exhausted I realized how incredibly lucky I am to have a cousin like you—someone who can turn even the simplest moments into uproarious adventures. You bring joy and laughter to my life, and I'm grateful for every memory we create together. -John
Groomsman
I first met Minh in elementary school but I'll never forget when he gained approximately 50 pounds of muscle in one summer after working out every day. Playing Thirteen for slaps wasn't as fun when he suddenly became the strongest guy in Vermont. -Dan

Minh and I met in the 6th grade. We shared the same home room teacher and we’re both b team bench warmers on the soccer team before joining track to throw shot put. -Matt
