Travel Note
Airbnb, VRBO, Uber, Lyft
There are many Airbnbs and VRBOs in Healdsburg and the surrounding towns. Note that while there are some Ubers and Lyfts around, there are not a ton, so you may have to wait a while for a pick-up if you're staying far from the center of town or traveling at an "off" time.
Flight
Flight Options
San Francisco (SFO): SFO will have the most flight options and likely the best prices. Healdsburg is a 90 to 120 minute drive. We recommend renting a car because an Uber would be about $100-$130 each way. Let us know if we can help coordinate a shared ride for you with other guests driving up! Oakland Airport (OAK): Oakland may also work, but it's a bit longer drive. Plus, you wont be able to take the scenic drive over the Golden Gate Bridge! Sacramento (SMF): 2.5 hour drive - we've heard there can sometimes be slightly cheaper flights. Sonoma Country (STS): Only a 20-minute drive, so you could theoretically Uber from here and avoid the car rental; however it's a regional airport, so there's less availability.
