Let's get married!

Natalie and Jake went to Cal Poly for the same 4 years, both engineering majors with similar friends groups, and they never met. It wasn't the right time! A year after graduating, Natalie and Jake met at a friend's small house party, and immediately starting dating. With Jake in Sacramento, and Natalie in San Francisco, they did a brief stint of "long" distance before moving in together in SF. That was right before the pandemic, where they hunkered down in their one bedroom apartment together, and bonded even closer. As life got back to normal, they decided they needed another adventure, and talked about moving to a new city. In May 2022, they were finally ready, and set off to Seattle, where they live now. They love their new city, and are so happy to be together, wherever they are. Jake proposed to Natalie back in SF, under the Golden Gate Bridge. The moment was special and private, exactly what Natalie wanted. She didn't know about the next surprise, where 30 of their friends from across the country, gathered at one of their favorite SF restaurants to celebrate the newly engaged couple. It was a day to remember, so important and perfect to both Natalie and Jake. They are so excited for the next step, where they say "I Do" with all their people around them!
