When should I RSVP by?

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Sacred Heart Chapel in Avalon, located on the corner of 25th Street and First Avenue. We will start promptly at 4:00 pm, so we ask that guests arrive between 3:30-3:45 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the welcome party is smart casual - think sundresses, button-downs, etc. For the reception, we ask that you follow the black tie dress code (floor length gowns, suits or tuxedoes). For brunch, wear whatever goes best with eating pancakes and bacon :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service to transport guests from the Windrift to Sacred Heart for the ceremony and to take guests back to the Windrift afterward for the reception. Shuttles will be running back and forth between the Windrift and Sacred Heart from 3:15pm to 4:00pm at roughly 15 minute intervals. Shuttles will begin transporting guests back to the Windrift as soon as the ceremony concludes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
