We're so happy you're here

In typical modern-day fashion, Matt and I originally met through the dating app Bumble in 2016. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't quite right and we went our separate ways, Matt finished up his degree at LSU and I finished mine at Spring Hill. Upon moving back to Louisiana, I coincidentally moved into the apartment right across from his! We dated briefly again but after finishing up his masters program, Matt moved to Colorado and we lost touch. Fast forward a few years and Matt lost his phone at Keystone Resort while snowboarding. For whatever reason, the person who found his phone contacted me! I messaged him on Facebook to let him know. At that time, I was planning on moving out to Colorado and we reconnected. After finishing up veterinary school, I moved out west! The last few years have been filled with so much adventure and growth for both of us. We live in Longmont, Colorado with three pets: Jolie, Kaiser, and Bubba the one-eyed menace. Matt proposed on October 14, 2023. My matron of honor, Caitlin, and bridesmaids, Megan and Morgan, elaborately worked together to get me to Louisiana (under the guise that one of them was getting engaged!). We've loved living in the mountains and after much consideration have decided to share it with you, our friends and family, by getting married here! We can't wait to show you what Colorado has to offer and what it means to us! All we can say is thank you, each and every one of you, from the bottom of our hearts on being a part of our story.
