Marin and I have been bonded since birth, growing up just down the road from each other. From summers spent playing with American Girl dolls, baking with her Easy-Bake oven, and spending many nights playing board games, we've shared countless memories. When Marin and her husband Tom got married, I had the privilege and honor to stand by her side as her Maid of Honor. I'm ecstatic for her to stand next to me as my Matron of Honor. Despite living across the country from each other, we’ve remained as close as ever. I couldn’t imagine my big day without her by my side.

Courtney and I became friends in 6th grade, when we were locker buddies during my first year back in public school. She is truly the kindest person I know and has always been my guiding light. Throughout middle and high school, we were inseparable, and I often felt like an honorary member of the Gaston family. I had the honor of standing next to Courtney as her maid of honor on her big day, and now she gets to do the same for me! Courtney is now a nurse in North Carolina where she puts her kind heart and caring hands to work every day. She is also mom to two adorable stubby-legged dogs. I couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Kayla and I initially met as coworkers, but it didn’t take long for us to realize we were soul sisters. Our shared love for the ocean and the outdoors brought us together, and from there, our friendship blossomed. We’ve traveled, backpacked, and even co-run an ocean non-profit, creating incredible memories along the way. Kayla’s passion and drive are nothing short of inspiring, and her contagious positive energy makes every moment with her unforgettable.

Nicole and I have been friends since freshman year of college, and from day one, she’s always pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and see the world from a new perspective. I constantly turn to her for her honest, valued feedback, knowing she’ll always have my best interest at heart. Nicole loves fiercely, and her loyalty has made her one of the most treasured friends in my life. Our friendship is raw, genuine, and something I deeply cherish. Now living in Florida with her fiancé, Alec, we still make time for our long talks and share the little and big moments of life together.

Emily and I have been friends since college, and she’s the caregiver of our friend group. Thoughtful down to the tiniest details, Emily’s caring nature is unmatched. A fellow animal lover, you can often find her at the zoo or with a pair of binoculars in hand, ready for some wildlife spotting. She is fierce, strong and a proud cat mom—qualities I truly admire. Smart, insightful, and bold, Emily co-plans our yearly trips with Sarah, ensuring we’re always cared for and laughing. Her warmth and joy light up every moment, and I’m so lucky to have her by my side.

My brother and I have shared every phase of life together, and I feel truly blessed to have had him as my partner in everything. From childhood memories to being roommates and teammates in college rugby, we’ve always had each other's backs—celebrating wins and supporting each other through losses. After college, our bond only grew stronger. We now work together and live down the road from each other, and I can’t imagine life without him. His unwavering support, laughter, and love have meant the world to me, and having him as my best man is an incredible honor. I'm grateful for all the big moments and the small, everyday ones we’ve shared.

Quincy and I have been friends since grade school, and his friendship has always been a constant in my life. His quick wit, fun-loving nature, and loyalty make him one of the most genuine people I know. Some of my best memories are from the hours spent at his house growing up, playing pool games, wiffle ball, or made-up backyard competitions. As we’ve grown older, our friendship has only deepened. Quincy’s humor, thoughtfulness, and authenticity make him someone I admire and can always count on.

Miles and I have been friends since we were in 2nd grade, and we’ve shared a lot of unforgettable memories over the years. Growing up, he lived just up the street from me. His younger brother was great friends with my brother, Austin, so we often found ourselves all hanging out as a group. Miles was always the one leading the charge when it came to outdoor adventures. Whether it was a spontaneous backpacking trip or a fishing excursion, he was the one organizing the plans and getting everyone together.

David and I became friends in college, and our bond grew stronger when we were roommates. Living together, I quickly saw his adventurous spirit—always up for spontaneous trips, trying new things, or turning ordinary moments into something special. One unforgettable experience was our trip to Cambodia, full of challenges and new adventures. David’s humor and easy-going nature made every obstacle part of the fun, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Through it all, I’ve come to admire his loyalty, kindness, and genuine care for others. I’m grateful for the friendship we’ve built and the adventures we’ve shared.

Dan and I also became friends in college at the same time I met David. Our friendship quickly grew as we shared many memorable experiences together. I have also sailed on two ships with him. I have many fond memories of visiting Dan's family in Connecticut. Their warm hospitality and the peaceful surroundings made those visits truly special. I have always enjoyed his easy-going nature, love for adventure, and the joy he brings to those around him. Whether we were exploring the town or he was pushing my limits down a mountain, these years spent together hold a special place in my heart.
