We Found Eachother

12/19/2012

We were introduced on a random Wednesday night by my best Friend Deanna. Deanna and I went out for a drink where Pelham happened to be playing drums. I told her there was something about the drummer She went and got him and brought him over to me and introduced us. We talked and danced all night. Little did I know the “something about the drummer” was he was going to be my future Husband! We are working hard towards a wonderful future and are so excited to celebrate our Wedding Day with friends and family!

The Proposal

July 28 2018

We were spending the week in Dana Point with my daughter and her friend. It was so much fun spending lazy days at the beach. One night Pelham asked if he could take me out on a date. We ate a nice dinner and were going to go back to the hotel to park his truck and take a walk on the beach, When we got back to the hotel the parking was full. The attendant advised us we could park in a neighborhood down the street. We found a neighbohood up the hill and parked up there. We were going to walk down to the beach and hangout for a bit and head back to the room. On the walk down the hill, I noticed this little park that had a gazebo that over looked the ocean and Dana Point. I got excited and ran to the gazebo to take pictures of the view. Pelham followed equally impressed with our romantic find. As we were looking at the view he was telling me how much he loved me, it was beautiful, the view along with the words he said. Next thing I know he is on his knee proposing to me. I had no idea that was coming. He had no jacket on and no where he could of hidden the ring box. Apparently he snuck the ring in his pocket as he was getting out of the truck. He later told me he planned on proposing on the beach that night, but the gazebo came out of no where and he said it was perfect.

I choose you

I didn’t fall in love with you, I walked into love with you With my eyes wide open Choosing to take every step a long the way I do believe in fate and destiny But I also believe we are only fated to do the things that we’d choose anyway And I’d choose you in a hundred lifetimes In a hundred worlds In any version of reality I’d find you And I’d choose you
