Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This Cocktail Hour will be held in the foyer of the Evergreen Ballroom which is on the 2nd floor, elevators are available if needed. There will be Hors D'Oeuvres as follows: Charcuterie & Cheese Board, Chimichurri Marinated Beef Empanadas, Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce, Roast Beef with Honey Ale Onion Jam & Horse Radish Cream on Pumpernickle Bread and Mini Beef Wellingtons also complementry cocktails available for your enjoyment while the wedding party is finishing up with their photos.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Evergreen Ballroom 2nd Floor. The meal searved will be as follows: Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer, Inspired Greens Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Delmonico Ribeye Steak with Roasted Potato, Green Beans and Broccolini with Garlic Vinaigrette. For the Vegetarian Option there will be a Buddha Bowl which is Beech Mushrooms, Asparagus, Roasted Pepper, Sweet Potato, Chickpeas, Quinoa-Farro Tabbouleh and Chimichurri. The wine served with dinner will be Scarpeth Pinot Grigio and/or Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon. Kids meal is as follows: Fruit bowl, Chicken Tenders with Fries and Vegetables. We will have Wedding Cupcakes after dinner and as a "Late Night Snack" there will be a Pizza Station with Cheese Pizza & Pepperoni Pizza and if that's not enough there will be a Donut Station as well.
