What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:00pm.

Where can I park?

Answer

Once you approach the Main Building at the Oregon Golf Club, please park on the left side of the parking lot. You should see a giant white tent by the outdoor tennis courts. There will be a Welcome Sign to guide you towards the ceremony.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Social Hour 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Ceremony 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Reception 10:30 PM: Send-off Ceremony

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire. Women should avoid floor-length gowns, and instead wear tea, or midi length dresses. Please do not wear any white dresses. Dressy separates or a nice pantsuit work as well. Men should wear a suit and tie.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Yes, please take pictures at appropriate times but please be sure to silence your phones and avoid flash photography. We will request that you limit your cellphone use during our ceremony as we will have professional photographer onsite.

What kind of food will you serve?

Dinner will be buffet style.
