Lauren and Lindy met in college as members of the Northern Illinois University Silverette Dance Team. Since college they have remained close. Whether they are on vacation in Disney or supervising a doggy play date in their back yards they are always giggling about something.

MJ is one of the first girls Lindy met while auditioning for the Silverette dance team at NIU. MJ & Lindy spent many years living, dancing, and working together…and as a matter of fact they’re still living close by each other, dancing downtown at St Charles bars, and working on making their Geneva boys into the perfect husbands! MJ is married to Eddie’s lifelong bestie, Drew. MJ & Drew take full credit for this wedding as they introduced Eddie and Lindy on NYE in 2016 and will accept appreciation in shots on the wedding day.

Abbie lives in Barrington with her husband Matt, mini goldendoodle Waffle and soon-to-be baby girl that is arriving in August. She works in communications for a large accounting firm. Abbie and Lindy met on the Silverette dance team in college and have been great friends ever since!

Hi! My name is Miranda, but my favorite title is “Mom”! I have 2 beautiful daughters, Adeline & Evelyn, that are my entire world, along with my amazing husband, Andrew! From the moment I met Lindy on the Silverette Dance Team at Northern Illinois University, I knew instantly she would be part of my life forever. Lindy was immediately part of our very close-knit group of best friends…that remains stronger than ever to this day! What a blessing her addition has been, because life without Lindy would be a lot less bright and fun…but you all already know that. 😘

We met being leadership consultants for Sigma Kappa and instantly loved each other! We spent lots of time together in Memphis and then travel back and forth from Oklahoma to Chicago to visit each other when we can!

Lindy and I met when I was "attending" the University of Memphis. She was there to start a Sigma Kappa chapter. My roommate, who joined SK first, tried to get me to stop by the booths and just go see what it was about, blah blah blah. (that is exactly what went through my head as she would speak to me about it.) Little did I know that eventually I would meet one of the best people and one of my best friends. I shrugged it off and just kept saying no, until Lindy personally reached out to me and asked to have coffee. I was hesitant, but I said yes. The moment we sat down and started talking, we both knew that it was going to be a lifelong friendship. We didn't even talk about the sorority. I ended up joining, mostly because I knew that she was going to need me to get her through living in Memphis. The rest is history. We don't get to talk too much or see each other a lot, but to me, that's what is so magical about our friendship, that no matter where or what is going on in life, we never skip a beat. I am currently living in Texas!

Hi! I’m Krystle, Lindy’s Sister-in-law. I met Lindy back in 2012 when I started dating her step-brother, Billy. I am so thankful I married into the family because I gained a wonderful sister-in-law and friend in Lindy. With a family full of boys, it’s nice to have another sister to hangout with and put up with all the goofiness these boys come up with. I can’t wait to celebrate Lindy & Eddie’s big day, and for Eddie to officially join our big crazy family!

Lindy is not just my best sister, but also my sorority sister who I met during our time at Northern Illinois University. We first crossed paths while on campus. As we got to know each other, we discovered our shared passions for community service and campus involvement. Lindy and I joined several of the same organizations, from the student government to greek life, and our friendship grew from there. When I decided to join Sigma Kappa, she became my "big sister," showing me the ropes of sorority life and making me feel welcomed in the sisterhood. Her kindness, dedication, and leadership have inspired me throughout our friendship, and I am grateful for her presence in my life.

I first met Lindy on recruitment night after we both pledged Sigma Kappa at NIU. I remember the first night we hung out we both found a bag of Lays Potato Chips and completely devoured it in 2 minutes without saying a single word. After that night, we were completely inseparable for the rest of our time in college. It has been an absolute blessing having Lindy as a friend through all stages of life and watching her fall in love with her soon to be husband, Eddie!
