Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Kingan Gardens in downtown Tucson. Please check the schedule tab for more details.
The ceremony and reception will be held outside on turf and brick, so keep that in mind when selecting your outfit and footwear.
The dress code is cocktail attire. We would love to see our guests looking fabulous in semi-formal dresses and suits or slacks with a button-down and tie (no jeans, please). Since we are getting married at Tucson's secret garden, springy florals and colors are encouraged!
If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Our guest list is limited to those formally addressed on your invitation.
We are only able to include guests named on your invitation in our celebration. Your invitation will be addressed to "The [Your Name] Family" if your children are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out—please let us know if we can recommend a babysitter!
Yes! Kingan Gardens has a dedicated 40-spot parking lot that can be accessed via the alley just east of the entrance. There is also plenty of street parking nearby on Franklin Street and Main Avenue that's free after 5 p.m. Uber and Lyft are another convenient option.
Yes! Beer, wine, select spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages are on us.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony and request that you do not use your phone or camera during that time. We have hired photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us, and we'd love for you to be fully present as we say "I do." During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Please RSVP by February 9 by scanning the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. It will prompt you to enter the name(s) listed on your envelope and confirm your attendance.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 5 p.m. We recommend arriving by 4:30 p.m. to allow time for parking and mingling as you find your seat. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the ceremony after 5 p.m. We would hate to not have you there, so plan ahead!
We never want this night to end, and hopefully, you won't either! However, all good things must come to an end, so the evening will come to a close at 11 p.m.
April in Tucson is lovely! Prepare for sunny afternoons in the mid-80s with nighttime lows in the 50s.
However long you would like! Our hope is that guests will use our wedding as an opportunity for a getaway and take advantage of all the amazing restaurants, outdoor adventures and culture that Southern Arizona (and beyond) has to offer.
We are so excited for you to visit our city! April is an ideal time of year for hiking, golfing and even hitting the pool. Please see the Things to Do page for more ideas.
We will be serving a selection of two meat-based entrées. However, we're happy to accommodate our guests who are vegetarian, vegan, or have food allergies. When you RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
In order to accommodate all of our guests' various preferences and budgets, we encourage you to stay at the hotel or Airbnb of your choosing in downtown Tucson or the surrounding area. Please check out the Travel & Lodging section for more information and recommendations on where to stay.
