This is an RSVP only event. Due to venue restrictions, we request that you do NOT bring anyone extra. Your invitation will show who has been allotted a plus one.
We would love for all of our guests to make it and would love to have you, but the guest/rsvp count has a purpose! We need it to accurately prepare enough food and seating for the night and would like all of our guests to have plenty to enjoy! So please RSVP whether you plan on coming or cannot make it so we know whether or not to expect you and can make the necessary accommodations. If something comes up and you have already told us yes, please let us know as we have time to make changes to our head count.
To keep things simple, we have put our registry on this site to keep it all in one place. We also included a gift option for our honeymoon fund on this site which is most appreciated. It is linked to an account specifically for our trip to Europe.
As stated on your invitation, please RSVP by 08/01/23, even if you aren't able to attend. We NEED to know either way so that we have an accurate count for all of our vendors. Thank you so much! We are so excited.
Due to venue restrictions, the family members that we have space for are allotted on the invitations. If at all possible, finding arrangements for children for the night is appreciated as the venue is not necessarily child friendly.
The ceremony will start at 4pm on the dot. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and time to find a seat. If you are late, you will be asked to wait until cocktail hour. This is to prevent any disruptions of the ceremony.
We invite you to be fully present with us as we hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our day so please leave all photos during the ceremony to the professionals.
Yes, we will have an open bar with beer, wine and some specialty drinks. There will also be alcoholic options available for purchase. There is no outside alcohol allowed on site and we will be fined if anyone is caught so please do not bring outside alcohol onto the property. This is a TABC rule. If you do plan on drinking, please be responsible and get an Uber or a DD. It is an Aggie home football game with a lot of people in town, so safety is most important. If anyone needs help finding a place to stay, let us know, but we have included some great options on the travel tab. If you have to leave your vehicle overnight, it needs to be picked up by 9am the next morning. We love all of our family and friends and want everyone to arrive to their destination safely. This ER nurse is terrified of drunk driving :)
The venue has enough parking for 200 vehicles, so if you can carpool or Uber, that would help keep the parking lot less congested.
See the travel page for hotels we have blocked off. I have also added some nice hotel options that we did not block off, but can be booked if they are available. It is an Aggie home game and places will book fast since it is a season opener. Please try to book these in advance.
The venue is at a winery and our dress code is semi-formal. We would love to see our guests get dressed up with us! White is reserved for the bride?
