What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie Optional. We suggest men wear a tux or suit, and women wear a cocktail dress.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on an uncovered patio, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors in the Grand Ballroom at Raspberry Plain Manor.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, shuttles are departing Tru hotel at 4 PM, and will be leaving Raspberry Plain Manor at 11 PM. The shuttles will make 2 stops in the One Loudoun neighborhood at the end of the night- the first at City Tap for the after party, and the second at Tru by Hilton. *NOTE: Tru by Hilton & City Tap are within walking distance. You can go to the after party and walk back to the hotel when you'd like, or go straight back to the hotel after the wedding.

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at Raspberry Plain Manor. If you are driving, please arrive at Raspberry Plain Manor no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. *NOTE: Overnight parking is not permitted. If you plan on consuming alcohol, we highly encourage you to take the provided shuttles!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Keep the party going with us at City Tap - One Loudoun! Shuttles will take us back from Raspberry Plain Manor to City Tap. This is walking distance from Tru by Hilton for your convenience. We rented a private room to ensure everyone can come. We hope you’ll join us!

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your children, to give our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about their little ones, we politely request no children.
