Question
When Should I Arrive for the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party?
Answer
We invite all guests (with RSVP) to attend the Rehearsal Dinner at 5:00pm on Friday at the Killington Grand Resort hotel. Even if you are unable to join us for the Rehearsal Dinner, we invite all guests to attend the Welcome Party at 7:00pm also in the Killington Grand Resort hotel.

When Should I Arrive for the Wedding?
Answer
We request that you arrive at the K-1 base lodge to board the gondola at 4:30pm, and we ask that guests arrive no later than 5pm as the gondola takes approximately 12 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. We would prefer all guests be at the top before the bride and bridesmaids board the gondola, which will be at 5:00pm.
Question
Where Exactly is the Ceremony and Reception?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside the Peak Lodge and dinner and the reception will be inside the Peak Lodge. The lodge sits on top of Killington at 4,241 feet with spectacular views! There will be grass/packed dirt between the gondola and the ceremony location, so please be mindful of footwear (i.e. block heel may be the better choice over a stiletto). As we’re on the top of the mountain, it will likely get chilly as the night progresses so plan to bring a layer if you tend to get cold (especially for the gondola ride to the bottom at the end of the night, but there could be a breeze/wind up top too during the ceremony). Should there be rain, our ceremony will be moved into the Peak Lodge.

Will I Be Able to Return to the Base/ Parking Lot At Any Given Time?
Answer
Yes. The gondola will be spinning for the duration of the evening.

Will There Be Transportation Service?
Answer
Yes, there will be transportation services to the 2 hotels provided in the accommodations list: Killington Grand Resort Hotel and Killington Mountain Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The service will run from 4PM-1AM

Please reach out to Lindsey and let her know if you haven't already indicated it on your meal selection. We truly care that during the appetizers, dinner, and after party, everybody has something they are able to eat.
