If you're planning to stay overnight, this is a great choice for convenient accommodations at a special wedding rate. There will be blocks of hotel rooms for guests staying both Friday and Saturday evening or just staying Saturday evening. When booking use G-MBR4 for the group code.

If you're traveling by plane to join us for our wedding, we highly recommend flying into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). It's the most convenient airport for our wedding location and is just 4.3 miles away from our recommended hotel (Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York) and 4.9 miles from our venue.

A convenient shuttle service will be available to transport guests from the Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York to St. Hedwig's Church for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the shuttle will also return guests to the Hyatt, making transportation hassle-free for all.

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

A shuttle service will be available to transport guests from the Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York to Russo’s on the Bay for the reception. The shuttle will run at 5:00pm. Simply board the shuttle at the designated pick-up area at the Hyatt, and you'll be escorted directly to Russo’s on the Bay to join the celebration. After the event, the shuttle will also make a return trip to the Hyatt, ensuring a smooth and safe ride back.
