Thank you Facebook dating! What started as a cute message about what our favorite local restaurant was quickly turned into happily ever after. Our first date was an old fashioned phone call that lasted the entire night! Ten plus hours getting to know each other from where we came from, our kids, our past, our favorite foods, the music we love singing out loud, and most of all what we want in life. Honestly, after that phone date we already knew we found our partner in life. The next evening we met in person at a Verf's (we just celebrated our 1 year date-anniversary) here in Lewisville and we both knew our lives had changed. From that moment on, we've been inseparable.

It was just a random Wednesday afternoon of me working from home when Jake just shows up out of nowhere. After asking him what's going on, he walked up to me, looked at me and said "I told you I wasn't going to waste anymore time without the one I love". He dropped to one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him, and I couldn't say "YES! YES! YES!" fast enough. And that brings us to now! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
