What time should I arrive at the church for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated no later than 2:45 PM! The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM.

What is the dress code for the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

The dress code for the Ceremony & Reception is Semi-Formal. No tuxes or gowns required. Women should consider an elegant cocktail dress or full-length dress. Men should consider dark navy or black suits and ties.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Event?

Answer

The dress code for the Welcome Event is Cocktail attire. For Women, think cocktail-length dress or dressy separates. For Men, think dress pants with a blazer, sport coat or suit jacket. Please note: no blue denim clothing is permitted

Where is parking on Saturday, August 26th for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

CHURCH PARKING: If you will be driving to the church, the parking lot is visible and located behind the church. The address is 920 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY WESTCHESTER COUNTRY CLUB: Valet Parking will be available to those that drive to Westchester Country Club. That will be located at the front of the building under the large American Flag for the reception.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. The passenger coaches will be leaving the Courtyard by Marriott Rye promptly at 2:15 PM.

Can we take pictures?

Answer

During our ceremony, we please ask that all guests turn off phones and cameras. We know our photographer will capture all of the special moments at the church!

Dietary restrictions/allergies: What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP whether you have any dietary restrictions and we will make sure to account for it. Note that cocktail hour and the reception will include vegan and vegetarian options.

Where is parking for the Welcome Party on 8/25?

Answer

Address: 99 Biltmore Avenue, in Rye New York. Parking: Self Parking by Tennis Courts As you enter the property and approach the main Clubhouse, you will see the horseshoe shaped driveway. The main Clubhouse entrance is located halfway around the driveway. Please speak with the Front Desk if you have any issues locating the room.
