What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive to the venue no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure that the day's schedule runs as smoothly as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear formal cocktail dresses, little black dresses, or even dressy jumpsuits while gentlemen are encouraged to wear formal sports coats or a suit and tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we ask that you only RSVP for the number of guests indicated on your formal wedding invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available right outside of the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will include a vegetarian option as well as several gluten free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let Lindsay or Vincent know in advance and we will accommodate you accordingly!

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle from the Courtyard by Marriott to Rivercrest Golf Club at 5:15pm & 5:30pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive to the Courtyard by Marriott lobby 5-10 minutes before scheduled departure time. Guests staying at the Residence Inn will also be able to utilize the shuttle as it is just a short walk across the street to the Courtyard. We also kindly ask that our guests utilize both shuttle services to ensure everyone arrives to the venue in a timely manner.

Additional details regarding the RSVP process will be provided on your formal wedding invitation. We kindly request that you only RSVP for the number of guests indicated on your invitation.

Will there be transportation to the hotel?

Answer

We will be offering complimentary shuttle service from Rivercrest Golf Club to the Courtyard by Marriott starting at 10:30pm. There will be continuous shuttle service to the hotel until 12am.
