The Cedar Rapids airport is about thirty minutes away from the hotel where we have a room block (and many others in the Coralville area).

Moline isn't as convenient as Cedar Rapids - it's about an hour drive to the Coralville/West Branch/Iowa City area. But if flights into CID aren't great, it's definitely a good alternative!
