We're so excited to celebrate with you!

I was in PT school at NYU and I was assigned to Kevin’s clinic for an observation. I saw Kevin in the clinic and I thought he was cute. I overheard the word “girlfriend” when a patient pressed him about shaving off this mustache at the end of no shave November. So, I wrote him off, he was taken. Six months later I was visited by my two friends, Kayla (bridesmaid) and Abbie. After 5 margaritas at a local Mexican restaurant we decided to continue the party. I picked a bar in the Lower East Side called Phebe’s - known for its sweaty dance floor, mass amounts of young professionals and college students. I spotted Kevin enjoying happy hour with his friends. My margaritas gave me liquid courage and I walked right up to him and said “Hey, you work at STAR?” Much to my dismay he gave me an odd look ( He must not have remembered me!) and I quickly walked away mortified. Ten minutes later he approached me and apologized for not remembering me and then we proceeded to dance on the sweaty dance floor until the bar closed. The next week we went on our first official date. We talked and walked around the city drinking at local watering holes for hours. That date lead to multiple dates and dinners and the rest is history.
