Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at Cyprian Keyes on the Back Lawn. We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is settled in. There will be transportation provided for guests staying at the Beechwood Hotel. Cyprian Keyes is located at 284 E Temple St, Boylston, MA 01505.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy! Please no jeans!

Where is the reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Cyprian Keyes at 284 E Temple St, Boylston, MA 01505. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the back lawn. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Following the ceremony will be cocktail hour held in the indoor Music Room and the outdoor terrace. The reception will take place in the Spring Ballroom.

Is there transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! There is coach bus transportation available from the hotel to the venue and back!

There sure is! We have a hotel block at the Beechwood Hotel! Please call and mention the Beaulieu-Smith wedding to stay in the block and receive the special rate.

When is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding is on Saturday, September 14, 2024! We will be getting married at Cyprian Keyes in Boylston, MA. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you hold your cameras until after the ceremony as we have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this very special moment! We invite you to take as many photos as you would like during the reception and will even have a QR code where we encourage you to upload any photos you snap during the night!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive a half an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time for the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour in the Music Room and outdoor terrace, where you can grab a cocktail and enjoy hors d'oeuvres. During this time, the wedding party will be taking formal photos! Then, the party begins during the reception!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors on the back lawn; we recommend flat-soled shoes, wedges, or chunky heels to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors in the Spring Ballroom.

You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

What kind of food will be served at the reception?
Answer
We will be offering buffet-style stations, including a carving station, a vegetarian dish, and a wide array of options to tantalize every palate!

Where can I park?
Answer
There is plenty of parking available right on site at Cyprian Keyes. If you choose the coach transportation option, the bus will depart from the hotel at 4:00 PM, transporting guests to Cyprian Keyes for the ceremony, and will then provide return transportation at the end of the night!
