What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

We all aim to be fashionably late, but given the intimacy of our venue, please be sure to arrive on time.

Wait, reception? Where is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The newlyweds invite you to come celebrate at their happily-ever-after party. We are arriving with the knot already tied, so just be ready to party!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal Attire: Dresses/jumpsuits of any length, nice button-downs, jackets and slacks are great! We request that guests refrain from wearing jeans of any pigment.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Great question! Of course, we cannot see the future, so please check the weather forecast prior to packing. On average though, the low is 32F and the highs 43F. This is a dry cold, so a jacket should be plenty!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The hotels recommended should be within walking distance; however, in the event you require transportation by vehicle, Uber and Lyft are great options in downtown Salt Lake.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Squatters does not have free parking available, and we cannot guarantee parking near the venue. We would advise you select a hotel close to the venue to walk to the location or take a Taxi. To reiterate, all hotels recommended are within 0.5 miles of the venue, with an average walk time of 3 minutes according to Google Maps.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in our event. We kindly ask that you make alternate arrangements for your children, and join us for an adults only party. People under the age of 21 will not be able to enter the venue.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

The RSVP will have a section indicating dietary restrictions, but we understand if you would like to reach out and verify we met your request. If you would like to verify, please email lindmarc2337@yahoo.com.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Drink tickets will be provided for free drinks. Should you run out of drink tickets, the venue will take cash/card.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We have provided recommendations to hotels near the venue on this website, but a "block" has not been booked. Feel free to select a hotel best aligned for your weekend!

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Salt Lake?

Answer

The world is your oyster here in Utah! March can be one of the best times for skiing/snowboarding, but please see the "Things to Do" section of this website for further details.

Answer

Can I bring my gift to the reception?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our event, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Hannah's parents, Marci and Zane Huffman, are kindly hosting a brunch on the morning of Sunday, March 3, the day after the event. There will be a variety of breakfast items available, and we would love to see you there if you can make it! This will be more of an open-house, so feel free to drop in for a quick bite if you aren't already hitting the slopes! You can find more information on the schedule tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity constraints, we are not able to allow everyone to bring a date. If your invitation includes your partner's name of "and Guest", you may bring a plus 1. Please let us know if you have any questions.
