We're getting married!

We met through our mutual best friend, Caroline "Caddy" Forsberg, who had graciously invited us both to join her on vacation in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After spending a friendly week enjoying oceanside mudslides in the hot Florida sun, they headed back to New England where they found themselves talking more and more each day. Shannon made a trip up to Elizabeth's bachelorette pad in New London, NH a few weeks later. It took her some time to make the journey, as Elizabeth had told her that her apartment had an outhouse and she had to manually pump her own water. Once the city girl had worked up the courage to "rough it" in New Hampshire, she was pleasantly surprised by the lack of outhouse and amazing modern plumbing. The two then went on their first date at Peter Christian's Tavern and the rest is history!
