Maid of Honor
Jerilyn is Ashley's younger sister. Even though we did not always get along growing up, we have been best friends for a lifetime. We have lived together in the family farm house, taken on a major house remodel, and are currently remodeling the barn. We enjoy going out to the bars, countless trips to Hobby Lobby, and of course trips to all major home improvement stores. Jerilyn has been by my side her entire life and having her next to me when I say "I Do" will be a moment I treasure forever.
Best Man
Chance and Levi met at the Story County Fair many years ago. Our friendship started out with Chance hiring me to work on a pickup he had just purchased, and grew from there. There were many nights with fuzzy memories in the morning, helping each other with farm work, and even a few trips to several states away to look at semi trucks that Chance was in the market for. Chance is a amazing friend that will bend over backwards to help me out anytime and I'm proud to have him as my best man.
Bridesmaid
Ellen and Ashley met while Ashley was living in Kansas City. We met at the apartment community pool, and have been inseparable ever since. There have been many crazy nights, trips, and life events that have bonded us together. Ellen and Ashley are normally seen together with a glass of wine, the game Heads Up, and Papa Johns Pizza which results in many nights of great conversations and laughs. Even though we do not live close anymore, we still make time for each other and know we are only a phone call away. Ellen will always be Ashley's favorite "city girl".
Groomsman
Nick and Levi actually met through Chance several years ago at one of the evenings that might have been difficult to remember in the morning light. Nick and I have had fun times chopping silage and at family supper at Aunt Beth's camper at Twin Anchors. Nick and i love giving each other a hard time about who has more money when it comes to farming and arguing "what side of the interstate" has better farm ground!
Bridesmaid
Shawna was one of the first people Ashley met when she moved to Story City. She is the neighbor up the road and has turned into a very close friend. We have spent many nights just talking for hours and getting to know each other. Shawna's family has always made me feel like a part of them, and they have been the biggest help the entire time I have lived here. She is a neighbor that is always there for you and a friend I could not live without. She is the reason that Levi and I met at the rodeo, and for that I will always be grateful.
Groomsman
Nathan and Levi met almost 8 years ago when Nathan was hired at Cummins. He and I have always had fun working together, chasing cows at each others place, and eventful evenings at Miss Kitty's in Clive. Everyone in the shop always knows where we are at because it's usually very loud and sounds like " an old, married couple".
Bridesmaid
Morgan and Ashley met at Morgan's cousin's wedding about 6 years ago. Our fun and loud personalities instantly clicked and we have been friends ever since. Morgan is always up for a good bonfire, grilling/cooking food, and basically any excuse to have a few drinks. Morgan can tell the best stories and can turn any bad day into a good day. When we are together, our laughs can be heard from miles away. Over the years we have created many great memories, and cannot wait to see what the future brings us. Morgan is another friend I could not imagine my life without, and am grateful she is standing next to me on the big day!
Groomsman
Brady and Levi met when Brady started dating his current fiance, Sydney, and became part of the camping group. When time allows, Brady and I always have fun when we are both able to make it to the campground. There have been many snapchats between us. Ashley and I were even honored to help Brady propose to Sydney in Kansas City.
Bridesmaid
Mariah is Lev's younger sister. Even though I have only known Mariah for a short period of time, I have enjoyed the moments we have created. I look forward to adding another sister to my family and create even more fun memories. We could not imagine our special day without her by our side, and grateful she will be next to us when we say "I do."
Groomsman
Nate and Levi go back many years when ours parents joined the Coachmen 241 camping club. Nate and I grew up together doing things like Scouting and riding 4-wheelers and snowmobiles on the farm. Let's not forget Nate's bachelor party to Chicago where we attended our first Nascar race!
Bridesmaid
Carlie is Ashley's second cousin, but Ashley is basically an aunt to Carlie. Just like her mom (Heidi), Carlie is a fireball of fun and has such a loving personality. When living in Kansas City, Ashley would visit with the Ernst family often, as they were the closest relatives also living in the KC area. It has been a joy watching Carlie grow into the young woman she is today. With all of the lake vacations and crazy Randau family gatherings, you can always count on Carlie bringing a smile to everyone's face. Carlie, thank you for being a part of our special day.
