Grab a sandwich and cookie downstairs and make your way up to the pour-your-own wine station upstairs for a quick lunch.

Just a short drive from downtown Cleveland, Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a hidden gem of Ohio. Blake spends a lot of time here and in the surrounding Cleveland Metroparks for his long runs and rides.
