What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire! Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride. "The wording here indicates something slightly less formal than black-tie is acceptable. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. The choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. As far as women are concerned, there's not much of a difference between black-tie attire and black-tie optional attire, although Mae says it's more acceptable to wear a dress that shows the ankles (which is not true of a black-tie dress code). Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo, or they can wear a formal dark suit, white shirt, and conservative tie."

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us. We hope y'all understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to allow everyone to bring a date, however, the number of seats we've reserved in your honor is noted by the names listed on your invite.

Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

Both Fort Lauderdale and West Palm beach have great options. Typically FLL has more options, but is a bit further in distance. We will be flying into FLL for reference!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

January is peak season down in Boca Raton, so expect temperatures to be in the mid-70's during the day and mid to low 60's in the evening! It should be gorgeous, sunny, and beautiful weather!

What time should I arrive?

Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time @ 6:00 PM to get settled in before we begin!

As much as we love your kids, we want our wedding to be your night off! Adults only. Thank you for understanding!

There will be a shuttle from the main hotel to The Polo Club, however if you choose to drive there is valet at The Polo Club.

There will not be any formal events Sunday! Feel free to explore the beautiful city of Boca Raton as you recover from the previous night of dancing/celebrating!
