When should I RSVP by???

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 29th, 2023! we have to give our vendors our final head count in a timely manner therefore, if you have not submitted your RSVP by the July 29th, 2023 deadline, you will be marked as a "no" response. we will miss you at our wedding, however we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive no earlier than 3pm that will leave you plenty of time to settle yourselves and get ready for a 330pm ceremony start

Is there a dress code??

Answer

casual/semi formal attire is requested & comfortable shoes to dance in are recommended :) our ceremony is on a hill with a stone walk way so please wear shoes that are comfortable to you but reasonable for the occasion. Some examples of attire are: pants/slacks/nice jeans & button ups/polos/nice shirts for men. Dresses/ jumpsuits, skirts/blouses/ slacks for women. (we kindly request no white!)

Is there parking available at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking. When you arrive at the wedding venue there will be signs directing you into a field lot of grass across the street from the venue which is where you will park.

Where will the Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place?

Answer

All the events will take place at 1 venue. Once you arrive at the ceremony that is where the wedding will remain till the end of the night when all the guests depart. The ceremony will take place outdoors, along with cocktail hour. The reception will take place inside and outside. we will have some yard games for cocktail hour, along with a fire going in the firepit

Are Children Welcome??

Answer

Although we adore your children, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family at our ceremony and reception. Please be mindful that there will be lots of different music played and alcohol. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

NO! We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you please put all phones and cameras away during our ceremony. Please let our photographers do there job they are there to do, once the ceremony is over and the bride and groom have left for pictures you may take as many photos as you please.

Do you have a wedding registry??

Answer

Yes we do! We are registered at Target and Amazon. We also have a few Extras on here for when we go on our honeymoon :) **we were registered on bed, bath and beyond but they are closing down a bunch of stores so we found everything we had on that registry and added it to either target or amazon:)***

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift/card table for your convenience

Will there be a bar??

Answer

Yes! we will have an open bar, We are providing an array of different beer, spirits, and signature cocktails, as well as multiple non-alcoholic options. If someone seems to be getting too out of hand the Bartenders have all rights to stop serving anyone alcoholic drinks so please be mindful. please if you plan to drink crazily, make sure to have a safe ride home as we don't want anyone to get hurt!! Also, Please be respectful of the Bride and Groom and refrain from bringing your own alcohol as it is part of the agreement with the venue the only alcohol on the property is what was agreed upon by venue owner and the couple themselves. Thanks in advance!

Can I bring a "plus 1"

Answer

Weddings are a very special day, and for us we want to spend it with everyone near and dear to us, and we opted for both an intimate ceremony and reception. Due to limited seating we ask that you only bring who is directly invited on the invitation as we are only prepared to accommodate those who were formally invited.

What if im late to the Ceremony??

Answer

If you are late to the ceremony please do not interrupt, either watch from a distance, wait in your car or go to the cocktail hour location which will be under the barn. we ask that you not take a seat as to avoid interrupting the ceremony. thank you
