You are welcome to stay as long as you'd like! However, if you can, we would love for you to join us on Friday, June 21st for a welcome cocktail gathering and a farewell bonfire on Sunday, June 23rd. More info is available when you RSVP. We are both looking forward to spending as much time as possible with our family and friends. Our stay will be from June 19th to June 26th.
Though you are not required to stay at Hilton La Romana with us, any guests staying at outside resorts or accommodations will not be allowed entry into any of our events without paying an $ 85 day pass for each event attended.
Although we love your little ones, we cannot accommodate children at our wedding due to the venue being an adults-only location and being restricted with numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens under the age of 18. See this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the festivities! If you book in the family-friendly section of the resort, they offer many activities for your young ones so that you can attend our wedding with peace of mind.
Our travel coordinator recommends everyone book their flights separately to meet their own needs. The airport you will want to fly into is Punta Cana (PUJ). You may want to keep an eye on flights, but typically when booking internationally, you will get the best rates when it is less than six months from the departure date. We will definitely keep you informed of the best deals we find as well as the flights we ultimately select.
We will continue to update the website with any weather information we can provide as it gets closer to our wedding. Please check back for updates. In case of rain, don't worry, the resort is experienced with such weather and will know what to do to make sure we can still have our dream wedding.
Purchasing travel insurance is at your discretion.
Please click on the RSVP tab at the top of the website to RSVP for our different events as arrangements are made. You will be able to RSVP for all events digitally through the website.
The dress code is Semi-Formal attire, think Garden Party. We recommend looking sharp with a suit/shirt and tie and/or dress. No jeans or shorts, please! If you're unsure of what to wear, check out this site for inspo. https://blog.wedtexts.com/what-is-garden-party-attire-for-a-wedding/ Remember we will be in the Caribbean, so keep that in mind when packing. We want you to not only look great but be comfortable too!
We want to take advantage of the beautiful scenery of the Dominican Republic so, weather permitting, events will be held outdoors.
We will update our wedding website with additional details and information as it becomes available to us. Check back periodically if you have any questions or need information. In the event of any major changes, we will communicate by email and/or text/messaging.
Our website will be continually updated, so please check back frequently. However, you can also ask either of us.
