Resort Details

~ Villa La Estancia and Villa Del Palmar are sister resorts. Villa La Estancia shares all amenities (pools, restaurants, etc.) with Villa Del Palmar. Villa Del Palmar does not share all amenities with Villa La Estancia. ~ Please pay attention to the bed selection in the rooms especially if you have a strong preference to kings. ~ Both offer all-inclusive and non-all inclusive (people in the same room have to have the same plan) ~ Flamingo resort area is approximately 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport ~ All rooms come with kitchen amenities (different offerings are based on room selection). Outside food and alcohol are allowed in your room. ~ There is a Costco on the way to the hotel. You can also buy alcohol at the duty free at the airport when you arrive. Additionally, there are two grocery stores that sell alcohol about a $5 Uber ride away. One is La Comer, and the other is Mega Comercial Mexicana. Please do not feel obligated to stay at either of these resorts. There are plenty of other options in the Flamingo area. We recommend staying as close as possible to one of these hotels since transportation to the wedding venue will be only from Villa la Estancia.

Airport Transportation

There are several ways to get to and from the airport and is highly encouraged to get setup ahead time. - Pre-arranged round trip car service: most recommended. Reach out to travel agent Linda or search online for car services as there are plentiful. - Through the hotel: more expensive than the above. - Uber: cannot pick up right outside of arrivals, you have to walk to meet them. We recommend sharing a van, if possible, as it is the most economical (and fun) way to travel to and from the hotel. Please reach out to Leslie or Tyler if you need further assistance.
