Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend guests arrive around 4:45pm. IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a portion of Route 340 closed in Harpers Ferry that may cause heavier traffic than normal in the area around Breaux Vineyards. Please allow extra time to travel to the ceremony. It wouldn't hurt to get to Breaux extra early and enjoy the Tasting Room while you wait! (Note that wine purchased in the Tasting Room cannot be brought to the wedding area due to different liquor licenses)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Semi-Formal. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). Additionally, the grass lawn is soft so re-think stilettos!
Question
Will transportation be provided to the venue?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles running from the designated hotel block in Charles Town to Breaux before the ceremony, and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please keep in mind that no Ubers will come out to Breaux Vineyards at night.

What's the parking situation?
Answer
There is onsite parking at Breaux Vineyards! When you pull into the vineyard, you come to a fork in the road. Follow the "guests" entrance to the right. Keep going and you will see there is plenty of parking. If you end up needing to leave your car overnight, that is totally okay. Keep in mind that no Ubers come out to the vineyard at night. There will be shuttles going back to Charles Town after the reception.

Should I book a hotel room using the block?
Answer
If you are planning on attending, traveling in from out of town, and will need transportation to and from the wedding, we strongly encourage you to book a room using the hotel block as soon as possible. Other hotels, AirBnb's, and Ride Share services in the area are very limited, and will be selling out fast!

Answer
We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
