Cocktail attire is preferred. Dress to impress! Cocktail dresses for ladies and slacks and jackets for men are great options. Please no denim or hats. We kindly ask that guests refrain from any cream, white, or beige tones/colors.
If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name & Guest]" if a plus one has been given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation to join us on our big day! We politely ask that you do not bring a guest as we desire to keep our special day as intimate as possible with family & close friends! Thank you for your understanding!!
We love your kids – we really do. However, due to venue capacity limitations, we are only able to invite children of our immediate families. Children who are invited will be listed on your invitation and your RSVP form. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off.
Formal invitations will be sent out in early-October with more information on how and when to RSVP.
Our ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30pm. We suggest arriving by 3:00pm to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before we say "I DO"! *Please account for San Diego Friday afternoon traffic :)
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors – please dress accordingly. The reception will be held in a heated outdoor tent. We are keeping our fingers crossed for warm San Diego sunshine on our wedding day, but we encourage guests to bring sweaters for the outdoor portion of the day.
Yes, please follow signs that say "Green Gables Wedding Estate". There is a main parking lot for all guests. There is a separate parking lot reserved for elderly and disabled guests. Please reach out in advance to coordinate with the Bride & Groom, if needed. Please note that you can leave your car overnight in the parking lot until 12pm the next day.
No, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as you know by indicating "will not attend" on the RSVP page, so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Yes, drinks are on us! We will be providing a fully open bar with signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and a selection of red and white wine (as well as multiple non-alcoholic options, coffee, and tea).
Yes! Kaelyn will be changing her last name to King.
We are choosing to allow you the freedom to decide what is best for you and your family. Face masks will not be required to attend. We do ask though, if you are feeling ill, are high-risk, or do not feel comfortable attending, please feel free to opt out of the day's events. We promise we will not love you any less!
We will say our goodbyes and do our grand exit at 10:00pm. Everyone will need to vacate the premises by 11:00pm. Please drink responsibly. Guest's vehicles can be left in the venue's parking lot overnight, so please utilize Uber/Lyft as needed.
