Pre-Ceremony Warm Up

2:30 pm - 3:15 pm

To have and to hold in case you get cold… during the ceremony! The Wild Way Coffee Camper will be serving hot (and iced) drinks starting before the ceremony and through cocktail hour.

The Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors beginning promptly at 3:30pm. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Please arrive early, as we will be unable to accommodate guests arriving after 3:15pm due to the location of the ceremony being in close proximity to the venue's driveway.

Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Immediately following the ceremony, please enjoy coffee, cocktails and appetizers on the heated patio or in the indoor reception space while the bride and groom finish their wedding portraits. The reception space is about 200 feet from where the outdoor ceremony will be held. Golf cart transportation is available upon request, so please do not hesitate to contact Austin or Emma if you will need additional assistance.

Dinner & Merriment

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Let's get this party started! Dinner will be served around 6:00pm, last call will be at 10:00pm and the couple will make their grand exit at 10:30pm. Please drink responsibly, buses will be available to take people back to Stoney Creek Hotel starting at 8:30pm. Cars may be left at Timber Creek until 10:00am on Sunday, November 27th.
