Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The McCloud hotel should be your first choice for accommodations, as that is where the wedding will be taking place. There are many hotels and house rentals within walking distance. We recommend staying within walking distance or plan on having a designated driver. If there are no remaining rooms at the Mccloud Hotel, The Mccloud Mercantile or the Mccloud River inn are great options for you to consider.

How do I book a room at the hotel?
Answer
The hotel is blocked out exclusively for our guests so to book a room you will need to use a code to book online. Go to the hotel’s website, click on “check availability” Type in the dates July 21st through July 24th, (you can stay longer of course, but those will be the days of our event) Click “Special rates” Use Promotional code “LandB2024” Keep in mind when selecting a room that some rooms are located upstairs and there is no elevator in this historic building.

Is there a dress code?
Answer

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to the size of our venue we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically invited on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We want all of our guests to cut loose and have a care-free evening. With that in mind we are asking that you leave the little ones at home, stay up late, and stay on the dance floor with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will have many allergy-friendly food options that will be clearly labeled. Please let us know with plenty of notice if you have any specific concerns and we will try to accommodate.

Is there transportation?
Answer
We are asking that our guests stay at the hotel if possible or within walking distance. If you are planning on driving at all, make sure you have a designated driver.
