Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus providing transportation to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding, October 15th. The shuttle pick up and drop off location will be Logan Creek Lodge, the family VRBO in Sapphire Valley. The shuttle will pick up guests at 3:30 PM and will depart the wedding venue at 10 PM to return to the VRBO. Anyone who would like to use these transportation services needs to RSVP to the Transportation Event listed under the Schedule tab.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Of note, it will be an outdoor ceremony and will take place on grass, so please be wise with your shoe selection. Additionally, temperatures in the region typically range from low 40s to low 60s during mid October so please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited on the number of guests that we can accommodate at the wedding venue so it will specify "_____ and Guest" on your invitation if you have been given a plus one.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children and would love for them to be apart of our celebration! If you and your little ones are invited, it will specify "The ______ Family" on your invitation.

How do I RSVP to the various events during the wedding weekend?

Answer

In order to RSVP to the wedding, as well as the other events listed under the Schedule tab, please click on the RSVP tab in the menu at the top of the screen. From there, type in your party's name in the search bar as it appears on your Save the Date/Wedding Invitation. Once your party's name is selected, you then should be allowed to RSVP to each event individually. If you choose to RSVP to multiple events, please be sure to click the "Next Event" button at the bottom of the screen as to not miss the opportunity to RSVP to all events.
