Crystal springs will only honor discounted room rates until JANUARY 31st. Please book before JANUARY 31st to ensure you get the discounted wedding rate.

Is there transportation?

All wedding events will be hosted at Crystal Springs - Cascade Lodge. A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at Mineral Springs. Transportation will be provided for all events hosted on March 16th. Shuttle service will begin at 4PM from Mineral Springs to Cascade Lodge.

Why does my invite say to bring a bathing suit to the afterparty?
Answer
Our afterparty will be hosted in Crystal Springs Biosphere - an indoor tropical pool complex. Guests are encouraged to bring a bathing suit but are more than welcomed to stay in their wedding attire for a little fun after our big day. Locker rooms will be provided for changing. Only wedding guests will be in the Biosphere during the afterparty.

If I want to go to the after party but I am not staying at Cascade Lodge, where can I keep my belongings?
Answer
A door man is available outside of the reception hall to hold jackets, bathing suits, and other belongings. Locker rooms will be provided in the biosphere for changing. You are also welcomed to wear your wedding guest attire to the after party - but bathing suits are highly encouraged.

What time does the hotel allow me to check in?
Answer
Check in is at 4 PM. If available, the hotel will allow for early check in to accommodate wedding guests.

Are photos allowed at the wedding ceremony?

We love that you want pictures of us! But please try not to interfere with the professional photographers and videographers that we hired for the day.
