Wedding Venue

We will have our wedding at Jumeirah Bali. Kawasan Pecatu Indah Resort, Jl. Raya Uluwatu Street, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361 The venue located in Pecatu, Bali, Indonesia, and can be viewed from the link below:

Flight

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)

Yes you'll be flying to Bali, but when you're looking for flights look for DPS. This stands for Denpasar, Bali's biggest city and where the airport is situated. We recommend booking your flights as soon as possible due our event being in the high season.

Travel Note

Visas

If you hold a passport from outside of Southeast Asia (ASEAN), most likely you'll need a visa. For most countries this can be obtained on arrival. You can also apply via an online eVisa application prior to your flight, which we strongly recommended! Here is the link to the official eVisa website: https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/ If you are Indonesian or from an ASEAN country, you can skip this step :)

Travel Times

Jumeirah Bali is located in the New Kuta Golf complex, Uluwatu. Depending on where you'll be staying and the traffic conditions (which is usually worse in the afternoon), the time it takes for you to drive to Jumeirah Bali may vary. Below are some of the estimated travel time by car from some popular areas in Bali: -New Kuta Golf: 2-10 mins -Bingin: 20-25 mins -Uluwatu & Pecatu: 20-30 mins -Jimbaran: 25-30 mins -Nusa Dua: 40-50 mins -Kuta: 40-50 mins -Canggu: 80-120 mins -Ubud: 90-120 mins We recommend you to depart earlier to avoid traffic. Travel times may also differ if you travel by motorcycle.

Modes of Travel

Taxi (Bluebird) -Indonesia's most reliable taxi company. We recommend downloading the app to book your travel in advance, but you can also hail on any empty cab. Higher costs than online taxis, but very reliable. We do not recommend the local Balinese cabs as their fares are not standardised. Online taxi (GoCar, Grab, etc.) -Convenient and versatile. You need to download the apps prior to booking. Cheaper than bluebird and other taxis. Common in busy areas (Kuta, Jimbaran, Canggu) with quick waiting times. You may need to wait for longer periods when returning from Jumeirah Bali to your accommodation. Car Rental -Renting your own car is the most convenient mode of transport if it's your first time in Bali and you want hassle-free transport, or if you're traveling in a larger group. Depending on the rental availability, you can pick the car that you prefer the most. The typical one-day rental period covers 10-12 hours. You can choose to have fuel-inclusive or fuel-exclusive packages. We recommend renting a driver too, as you can just relax, not get lost, and avoid spending time trying to find parking. Scooter rental -The most fun option, and ideal if you are traveling solo or as a couple. Considerably a cheap option if you plan to move around a lot. However, you are more exposed to the sun and rain, and your new hair and dress/suit might be wrinkled after your ride. Boat -Unfortunately, you can't get to the venue by boat!
