In February, 2009, Michael met Isaac on an online videogame known as Runescape during a sick day home from school. Over the course of time, they not only became life-long friends and practically brothers, but also made many others along the way through this virtual community. Little did Michael and Isaac know a huge life impact would be made past the digital world they knew.

Sarah and Leah are sisters since 1998. Both didn't always see eye to eye, but at the end they love each other. Sarah always has the best advice and encouraging words when times have been tough or good. Leah remembers spending time together, even if it was forced to play "school" and Sarah made her be the student. Leah likes to think she is the inspiration that made Sarah a teacher, because of those forced times.

Ethan is my brother-in-law and we share the common ground about video games and the love of Christmas. We both enjoy giving Leah a hard time about anything and everything. He knows how to step in at the right time and do great when we need him most.

Leah met Abby at Northwestern Oklahoma State University during Leah's junior year, and Abby's freshman year. One of Leah's favorite memories with Abby was when they decided to go to Walmart, and Abby wasn't wearing shoes. Leah carried Abby to the car, and throughout Walmart. They shared many, many, many photo sessions where Abby had Leah take pictures around campus.
Jose Partida

Michael met Jose in 2011 through a network of friends playing the online game Runescape. Over the course of time, Jose became great friends with Michael all while gaming in the background. Jose flew out in 2017 to meet up with Michael and the crew in real life in Ohio. Several months later, Michael flew out to California to see Jose as well.
Allison Gawith

Leah and Allison met each other at Bible Christian Church. Also, the both of them work together at Adams Elementary and even eat lunch together. Lots of great talks about life and our crazy men during lunch.

Joel is Allison's fiancé, we met at Bible Christian Church where I was attending with Leah. We appreciate his willingness to step in and stand by my side.
Gracie Scarbrough

Leah met Gracie at Northwestern Oklahoma State University during Leah's junior year and Gracie's freshman year. Both of them talked to each other, but didn't become close friends until they were suitemates during Leah's senior year and Gracie's sophomore year. Both of them spent long nights talking and doing random photoshoots.
Chris Garbe

Michael met Chris after March 2013 on the online game known as Runescape. Chris joined the Celestial Brothers Clan, and became integrally involved from that point on. They have been life-long friends ever since beyond the virtual world. Michael flew down to Texas to meet up with Chris in January 2021 all while visiting San Antonio, and the surrounding areas.
Carys Delaplane

Leah met Carys at Northwestern Oklahoma State University when Leah was a junior and Carys was a sophomore. Leah and Carys became close when attending Collegiate Week at Falls Creek and went with Northwestern's Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Both of them became great friends for the van ride and the whole week they were at Falls Creek. Once school started, they ate meals together at the Caf and spent long nights talking together when Carys was on Resident Assistant shifts at the dorm they were both in.
Albert Chen

MIchael met Albert in his childhood neighborhood during 2004. Michael and Albert used to go back and forth between each other's houses, and have fun in the neighborhood. Even after moving across town and later Iowa, they kept good contact, and are life-long friends.
Hannah Phillips

Leah met Hannah at Bible Christian Church while Leah was a freshman at Cowley County Community College and Hannah was in high school. Since Leah moved back to Arkansas City, the two of them have been closer than before with eating meals together at the church on Wednesday Night fellowship or eating at Leah's apartment after church.
Daniel Smith

Michael met Daniel in 2010 through the online videogame Runescape. Through many different group Skype calls and in-game events, Daniel eventually became a part of Celestial Brothers for a long period of time, and one of Michael's greatest life-long friends. Along with the others, he joined in on the festival that Brent invited everyone to out in Ohio during 2017.

Leah met Stephanie at Bible Christian Church when Leah was a student at Cowley College. Even when Leah transferred colleges, Stephanie and Leah maintained contact throughout the two years. Stephanie classifies herself as Leah's mentor, sister, aunt, mom, and friend.
Richard Leighton

Richard was the former pastor at Bible Christian Church. We would spend many Wednesday Night meals talking about great music to the Bible. We appreciate Richard's willingness to step in and be there for our day.
Britni Stewart

Leah met Britni at Northwestern Oklahoma State University when Leah was a junior and Britni was a sophomore. They spent a lot of time eating together in the Caf on the weekends when Leah wasn't able to go home as the both of them had long talks while they were eating and after. Leah remembers interviewing and asking Britni questions about the Agriculture Department for one of the video projects Leah was working on.

Michael went to school with Garrett at Front Range Baptist Academy his senior year. We became good friends that year and still great friends to this day. We appreciate him stepping in and be there for us on our special day.
