We're Getting Married!

Leah and August met at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland during the fall of August’s sophomore year and Leah’s junior year in a psychology course. The following semester they were grouped together for a project where they quickly became friends, and then inseparable. Leah moved back to New Orleans after her graduation in 2018 and August came to visit once she was settled. Like the lights on Bourbon Street, the sparks began to fly between the two of them. August had fallen in love with Leah and the city of New Orleans, and Leah was head over heels for August. They began dating shortly after. Leah and August spent the year traveling between New Orleans and Towson while August completed his final year of school. Following August’s graduation in 2019, and now both with psychology degrees in tow, the pair moved to Philadelphia where they have now lived for four years with their dog Daisy. Leah and August's love story began in New Orleans and they are thrilled to be getting married in the special city that started it all.
