Each individual guest will need to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 upon entry to the reception room. Please make sure that each guest is aware that they need to bring with them both a valid ID as well as proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event. "At Home" tests or Rapid tests will NOT be accepted. Vaccination records can be in the following forms and must be verified against a valid ID: - A photograph of these cards listed will also be accepted, including a photo stored on a phone or electronic device - CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (White card) - World Health Organization (WHO) Vaccine Record Card (Yellow card) - A digital vaccine record issued by the following approved companies will also be accepted: Healthvana, Carbon Health, CommonPass, CLEAR Health Pass, VaxYes. and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) We encourage guests to bring their own masks to the event.
