Transportation to the ceremony
Answer
We suggest carpooling to the ceremony site. There are step-by-step directions to follow to get to the site. Driving instructions will be provided closer to the date. Everyone can follow us to the site on the June 22 (set-up and BBQ dinner) to get familiar with directions. GPS won't work :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive to the ceremony space by 2:30PM. Enjoy the views! Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. Please wear neutral colors or colors that match our wedding colors (light peach/muted coral, sage, and cream). The rehearsal dinner and ceremony space is located on a mountain top ridge - please bring a light jacket in case its windy.

When and where should I fly into WA? How long should I stay?
Answer
Please plan to fly into WA by June 21, 2023. The following day we have some optional activities planned along with set-up and a rehearsal BBQ dinner. There are three airports in WA to fly into - Spokane, Seattle, or Wenatchee Distance from Leavenworth, WA: - Seattle to Leavenworth is 2hrs 40mins - More scenic route (mountains) - Spokane to Leavenworth is 3hrs 15mins - Easier drive (desert) - Wenatchee to Leavenworth is 40mins - Significantly higher flight costs, but closer to Leavenworth Stay as long as you want! We would love for everyone to stay through Saturday, June 24. Let us know your travel plans and any activities you'd be interested in, in the Google form. Or feel free to add in a suggestion (Other option)

Will there be an open bar at the reception dinner?

No, but everyone will have 2 drink (alcohol or mocktail) tickets at Blue Spirits Distillery
