How do I book my trip?

Answer

Our wonderful travel concierge, Beach Bum Amy is the best person to talk to if you need more details on choosing your room, selecting travel insurance, or booking a flight. If you do find a lower rate online than what she is offering, please let her know and she can look into that for you! Visit our TRAVEL page for her contact info.

How do I rsvp?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day!! An RSVP card will be included with your formal invitation. You may complete and return in the mail or feel free to click on the RSVP page and let us know your plans right here on our website.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your children only if they are included on the formal invitation. Keep in mind, the El Dorado Royale is an adult only (18+) resort. We have rooms available for booking at the family friendly sister resort next door, Generations. Please note, the wedding reception will be held at El Dorado, the adult only resort. Children will be allowed to attend wedding events at El Dorado but will need to return to Generations resort immediately following the wedding events.

How far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

The resort is located about 30 minutes away from Cancun International Airport. Transportation to and from the hotel is included with your booked stay at El Dorado Spa Resort. Beach Bum Amy will assist you with this.

How long should I stay?

Answer

Stay as long as you want! Some people may use this as an excuse for a week long vacation, and others may just want to come for a long weekend! There is a 3 night minimum to secure the group rate.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, we do have a gift registry but your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for!! If you do want to get us a gift, we kindly ask you to have it shipped to our home. Please don't bring any gifts to Mexico with you. Thank you so much!
