Although we adore your little ones, our venue space unfortunately has a limited capacity, and we are not able to accommodate children over the age of 1. Parents are welcome to bring babies in arms.
The best way to get to the reception venue is by car or rideshare app. We strongly advise carpooling to the venue. Ubers/Lyfts from the city to the venue typically cost about $35 on an average day. We have found on Lyft tends to be a bit cheaper for long distances, but advise checking both. We will be providing shuttles at the end of the night back downtown, departing the venue at 11pm. If you would like to depart earlier, or do not wish to be dropped off downtown (AC Hotel/Broadway area) or the Home2Suites/Hilton on Murphy Road, other ride accommodations will be needed. Please be sure to RSVP "YES" if you plan to take the shuttle at the end of the night.
Only the cocktail hour will be held outside. We will have a few heaters available, but we advise bringing a shawl or jacket should we have a chilly day! Please check the weather and dress accordingly.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Please arrive no later than 1:15pm to the church.
You are welcome to spend the time in between the ceremony and the cocktail hour/reception however you wish. For those who want to stay in the area, we recommend Fat Bottom Brewery or Neighbors of Sylvan Park to kick off the festivities early for a drink and/or a bite to eat.
