Why does my save the date have a different day listed? We are having 2 events. The wedding will be on 7/17/24. The actual wedding will be a small intimate gathering. Later that week we are having a larger reception (the wedding celebration) on 7/20/24. This is so we can celebrate our marriage with our friends and family.
When should I submit my RSVP? RSVPs are due about 4 weeks prior to the event (June 17th, 2024).
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online? You do not have to mail back your paper RSVP. As long as you let the couple know whether or not you will be attending, either a paper or electronic copy of your response is all that is required.
Why is the city on my save the date different than on the invitation? Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our original venue. We had to change venues after the save the dates were made. The new venue is located in La Salle, IL. It is only about 10 minutes away from Utica.
What is the Dress Code? For the actual wedding, the dress code will be formal. For the wedding celebration held later in the week, the dress code will be cocktail.
Can I bring my children? Unfortunately due to the limited space we have with our wedding we are unable to accommodate children that day. However, children are welcome to the wedding celebration being held on July 20th. Please be sure to include them on your RSVP if you plan to bring them.
I have a dietary restriction/allergy. What is the best way to let you know? If you have a specific dietary restriction, please either note it on your RSVP card or reach out to the couple at the phone number listed above and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
