our Everlasting love story

One Sunday morning I decided to call my sister to see if she would by chance pick me up for church. She said sure but we have to stop by and pick up Allen. I realized she was talking about someone we knew as teenagers and lost contact with years ago. So I was nervous about seeing him again because there has always been something about him. Well we picked him up and I made sure I was the one that sat by him during service. We started talking and watching the Thunder games together. I really was never into basketball much but enjoyed having a way to spend time with him. Come to find out he wasn't big on basketball either. From that time on we spent a lot of time together and fell in love so easily and early on in our relationship. We found a love that not to many can say they have ever seen or found in their own lifetimes. We believe it was God who brought us together.

I love camping and just going out to the lake for the day to enjoy the nature and peace of everything. It had been a long time since we was able to go camping with having Jason and all. So I was so excited that we was going camping with a friend of ours at Wes Watkins Reservoir since Jason was old enough and this was his first time to go to a lake and our first time as a family. I noticed Allen was nervous that day before getting there but I thought is was about taking Jason to the lake being so young. Once we got there he asked me to take a walk with him while our friend kept Jason with her. We walked for a little while and he stopped me at this beautiful spot and he pulled out the ring and got down on his knee and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes!!!
