Brayden moved up to Idaho in 2012 and started 8th grade at Les Bois Jr. High, the same school as me! We shared a lot of the same friends and took mostly creative based classes. We grew closer throughout high school, specifically our last year at Timberline. We both participated in Addams Family and Beauty and the Beast and Brayden even helped me with my promposal at the end of senior year. Freshman year at Boise State, we shared an early morning UF 100 class where Brayden was always late, so I would call him every morning before class to make sure he woke up. I'd save him a seat for as long as I could until the class filled up and then it was kind of just up to Brayden at that point. There may have been the occasional time when I would sneak peaks at his clicker answers if I read the wrong reading and knew nothing about quiz...Every day after class, we walked to the math building together to wait for Tristin and Ryan and then all of us would hang out until our next classes started a few hours later. With generals completed, we didn't see each other all that much anymore. Every so often, I would see him walking through campus and would run up and grab his arm and we'd walk together, but that was kind of it until 2019 during Junior year. THEN ONE DAY...My mother had her ovary removed and my dad and I decided to grab pizza after visiting her. We went to Blaze and there was a tub of ricotta looking all squishy, so I took a picture and posted it on Snapchat saying the ricotta was looking especially thick that day or something like that. All of a sudden...Brayden replied to my story! (he never did this before) All it said was "more like thicotta." That was the best thing I'd ever read. We started texting again and even planned to grab food after his rehearsal one evening. We met at Applebees and ended up talking and laughing and wondering "...what are these...feeeeeelings??" until 3 am that night. A couple days later, Brayden nervously asked if I'd want to be his girlfriend and I said yes!
