It did not take long for these swim Mom’s to become friends, best-friends, and now as close as family. While their children brought them together, life and laughs keep them talking more than their daughters. She’s also the person who calms the storm on Laurie's dark days.

From high school, to deployment Momma’s, to Virginia residents this girl has not only had Laurie's back, but also had Liberty’s. No matter what time of day the Cooper girls call and need a favor this girl has never told them no. She is a second mother to the girls, and her children or Laurie's bonus kids. This is what a no judgement friend looks like, and if you know Laurie that's not an easy task. Hahahha

The first time Laurie and Kyra met was a Mom’s night out to see Bad Moms, and that is the best description of their relationship. They belly laugh until they are crying, show up to each other’s kids games, and Kyra has talked Laurie off some pretty high ledges. Laurie wouldn’t be where she is now if it weren’t for their candid conversations.

Laurie's youngest daughter is the sweetest baby and can put a smile on both of our faces no matter what life throws at us. She is told daily that God put her in our lives to make us laugh. She is possibly the funniest person we know with grit and a heart of gold.

Friends since 4th grade and teammates all the way from little league/travel soccer until the last high school matches were played. Chances are, when the police station called one of the mothers, you may as well call the other because both Kyle and Josh a.k.a. Chad were doing something stupid together.
Mike
Best Man
Mike became one a Josh's best friends while both struggled to find meaning in life while working for the same same demanding boss in 2008-2010. Despite Josh leaving the company, he still talks to Mike and helps him deal with his crazy supervisor from time to time.
Sean
Groomsman
Josh & Sean started working together in 2013 and although Josh still won't admit it, Sean kept Josh from being relieved as a Company Commander almost every day that he held the position. As a single guy, Josh annoyingly wouldn't stop coming over for home cooked meals at Sean's and to play with Sean's dog.
Will
Groomsman
Acquainted while staring into each other's eyes from opposite sides of the squad bay, Josh & Will became friends playing in the woods of Quantico in 2010. Both of them would probably rather go fishing together than dress up and go to a wedding.
Zach
Groomsman
Josh & Zach were roommates together for 10 months in 2011 where Josh mostly had to explain why Zach was late to formation every week (thanks Carrie). Despite both of them frequenting the Bourbon room a little too often and learning that one sleeping bag can fit two men in sub-freezing temperatures, both of them found nice ladies and remain good friends.
Aaron

Brothers since 1993...Josh and Aaron shared bunk beds in the 90's until Josh got his own room which was a rough transition. Both Josh and Aaron "respectfully exited" the same high school in their hometown demonstrating their loyalty to each other and Aaron's determination to be like his big (but smaller) brother. Also, Aaron is a viking and can yodel because girls like guys with skills.
