We can't wait to celebrate with you!

After a few years of us both living in Cleveland, we were finally lucky enough to be in the same place at the same time. Trent was out celebrating a friend's birthday and Lauren was out celebrating a friend's engagement in The Flats. Lauren's friends needed another person to play bocce ball, so she decided to ask a group of guys standing nearby if they wanted to join them. One of the guys happened to be Trent, and we are both forever grateful. <3

We were enjoying a nice lunch at one of our favorite places, Twin Oast Brewery. The food was excellent, the weather was wonderful, and the day was about to be unforgettable. After lunch we walked through the apricot orchard on our way to the car, and Trent got down on one knee. Neither one of us recall what happened next, but at some point Lauren did say yes. Reality didn't set in for Lauren, until she turned around to find one of her best friends photographing the moment. And at that point, we BOTH knew it was real after a loud celebratory scream! The celebration continued throughout the weekend, surrounded with the love of our family.
